ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. We want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible.
  • 15 day return policy for in-store/online store credit.  No exceptions.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on online orders.  Customer is responsible for returning items to us.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • ALL ACCESSORIES AND CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NOT RETURNABLE. 
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS RETURNABLE:
Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and a copy of or the original invoice or return form included. 
  • If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
