SHIPPING

All U.S. orders over $50.00 will receive FREE USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING. This does not apply to Canada, Hawaii or International shipments.

We do offer FREE Local Pick Up option to our customer around the Sioux Center, Rock Valley, Hull or surrounding areas.  Simply place your order online and select local pickup and we will work with you on delivery of your item.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. 

RETURN POLICY: 

We try our hardest to make your shopping experience the best possible. We want to make sure our return policy is easy to follow as possible.
*15 day return policy for in-store credit.  No exceptions.
*Shipping charges will not be refunded on online orders.  Customer is responsible for returning items to us.
 *CLEARANCE AND ACCESSORIES SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. 

How do I know if my item is returnable?
* Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of or the original invoice or return form included. 
**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.


DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, no refund will be processed.
